Great work requires more than good leaders.

Are you a manager or individual contributor seeking to do the best work of your career? Are your skills and abilities being fully utilized, and are you impacting your organization as effectively as you would like?

Organizations who are led by Multipliers get more from their people – twice that of organizations led by Diminishers. But creating a Multiplier culture also requires team members (at all levels) who are actively bringing their best and fully engaged. This workshop explores the other side of the coin to Multiplier leadership: What can contributors do to offer their full capability, work at their highest point of contribution, and enjoy the exhilaration of doing the best work of their career?

MULTIPLY YOUR IMPACT will accelerate your development as a high-performing contributor and help you to maximize your personal impact on your organization.
